This category recognises new, exceptional designers in the United Kindgom that have been working in the fit out profession for 5 years or less and who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of their organisation or the industry beyond that which is normally expected from individuals of their level of experience. The nominee must work for a fit out / interior design firm, architecture practice, or in-house fit out / interior design team, and they must have contributed to the delivery of at least one top class fit-out project completed over the past 18 months. The designer can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. There are two ways you can enter: 1. If the candidate played a key design role in a project submitted to any of our Fit Out Project categories, then address the first two criteria points below in a 1-page A4 PDF (MAX) and merge this with the Project submission: only 1 PDF can be accepted. 2. Address each of the criteria listed below in a clear and written manner within a 5-page A4 PDF submission, backed up by photos (4 minimum), laying out any additional information - plans, section drawings, tables, graphics, videos etc. - so that it is easy to understand.
